The Grand Canal at Low Tide
Balboa Island is actually three islands connected by small bridges. The houses you see here are on Little Balboa Island which is separated by The Grand Canal. The third island is tiny and is called Collin's Island. Balboa Island is in the Newport Bay. To access or leave the island, there is a bridge on one side and a ferry on the other.
