A Witness to the Carnage

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania                                           Chinatown

I love to eat meat just as much as the next guy but this window display reminded me of a horror movie.  Notice the hanging ducks that are dripping into the tray of pig heads. :-)

The Weekend in Black and White.

  1. For the dripping I am just hoping it's only a matter of perspective! :-)
I would not know what to start with these...

  2. The photo is fantastic. Perhaps it's meant to be pork head au duck?

  3. Great shot, bet they taste good. Regarding Peter Garret, checked the web and see what you mean.

  4. Yek, I rather see it on my plate when it is a meal, but I know that is hypocritical.....

  9. I'm on the same page as you as an occasional meat-eater gazing upon glaring reality, but what a great photo!

  10. I guess the pigs didn't duck ... (that was soooo bad). Another great street scene.

  12. The pig heads are creepy. I prefer my meals not look at me.

  17. Wow, awesome image. I am not talking about the meat either. I love how you captured the chef with the spectator looking in on what is happening. Very engaging.
