Chestnut Street

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

I love to walk the streets of Philadelphia with my camera in hand, looking for interesting people to photograph. It's been a few weeks since my last trip to the city but I have several photos to share. More to come.

  1. Philly seems ever-changing and evolving. I love this b&w capture and the myriad human portraits - wonder what they are all up to?:)

  2. I love your street photography. Do you shoot from the hip? I cannot seem to master doing this without being obvious.

  6. Fine street photography. The guy on the left looks to be from the mid-20th Century while the young folks look contemporary.

  10. I miss Philly and was not a photographer when I lived in Newtown. Oh to go back. Perhaps I need to do myself that favor sometime when money and desire meet. Love the tip of the shoe and the POV from behind. I get to imagine what he's thinking or on the way to. Nicely done James. Your images are always inspiring to see.
