Le Lucky

Paris, France

I was feeling lucky enough just being in Paris so I didn't want to be greedy and win the lottery too. ;-)

Look below the tabac signs at the smiling woman behind the counter. I thought I was being stealthy by taking this shot across the street.

  1. You do get the best "people" shots, James, in addition to fun places! They always make me smile!! Hope your week is going well! Enjoy!

  2. Such a typical scene!! The red of those awnings adds color to the otherwise monotone-ish street scenes. This is another one that takes me back! I loved it when I'd get the shop owners to smile...I even had a few of them waving (tres americain!!) back to me as I'd walk around. Nice to see the friendly side of Paris caught on 'film'!

  4. I can't believe she's smiling, I usually get barked at by most café owners... 'Lucky strike' for you!

  7. Un petit bistrot typiquement français et une tenancière bien souriante ! Pas belle, la vie ?!
