What I like here is that, even if we see backs, the people could be as well in front of us in the shade..The couple seems strange,old man youger woman, and what are they doing here so late?and Venice adds the last touch of mystery. A good beginning to write a story!
You have a way of making this interesting - the light and the shadows shows love and how can I tell? The couple is glowing kind of in the older days you find love everywhere. Thank you for showing such a beautiful photograph!!.. Have a great weekend

Love all the bouncing, bathing, patterns, rhythms, and depth created by the lighting. A talented movie director couldn't have planned a better still or prepared a more compelling image on which to build a story...
