Even nuns need stylish shoes!
Girls will be girls! ;-)
What a fabulous shot James. And about my portraits, read my comment, but I'd like to add that you really need to try it . I meet the most wonderful people taking street portraits. They are by far my fondest memories.V
Very clever! And I love the stark contrast of the whites and blacks. Whatever bargain can it be they seek or that holds them with such interest?
One seems to have found what she want and is headed inside.Yes, one must wonder what they're looking for.Great shot, James!Kay, Alberta, CanadaAn Unfittie’s Guide to Adventurous Travel
Terrific captures, James! You don't see many nuns in habits anymore - at least here in the states. I, too, love the contrast of black and white!Sylvia
Great use of black and white!!!!
A bit of local culture reflected in this image.
Once again great capture James!
Wow this is a great photo! Nuns in full regalia do seem to be disappearing
Nuns! Even in colors your shot would have been in B&W! :o)So, there are still girls under the dresses..Great shot!
One of those subjects that comes out well in monochrome; when I was in Rome years ago then of course there were nuns everywhere.
Nice! Those are really old-school habits. There is nothing like a vow of poverty to alert a person to bargains.
Marche Saint Pierre?Beautiful shot.
hehehe, the habits really don't go out of style. The last nun I saw wearing this is Whoopie's re-runs on Sister Act..Nice capture!
Great post James, I agree with your words! And it reminds me a movie scenery!hugsLéia
