Balboa Pavilion

Newport Beach, California (Balboa Peninsula)
It's a photo of the Balboa Pavilion which is on the Balboa Peninsula and I took the shot from Balboa Island.

The pavilion has been there for 105 years and I think it's where John Wayne met his first wife back in the 1920's. Balboa Island and especially the peninsula holds lots of memories because it was one of the favorite spots for our friends and us when we were teenagers. Vicki and I still like to go there all the time for walks and I try to always have a camera in my pocket.

This my Weekend Reflections post.
