Jeando Cardi

Paris, France (Place des Vosges)
I was staying in an apartment in Palais Royal a few years ago when I heard a female opera singer performing below my window. It was actually a man named Jeando Cardi. I took this picture of him at Place des Vosges last fall. You can see and hear him here.

  1. Now that is an interesting gentleman! Great post, James, and certainly different! And SO Paris/French! I love it! Thanks, too, for lead to his website, enjoyed that, too. Hope you have a great week and that your knees continue to heal!

I like a lot his expression, and there is a nostalgic feeling in this picture!

  6. We've done it again! I photographed him last June. Isn't he the best???? He had a different hat with flowing scarf. I was mesmerized. See if you can see my photo on my blog. I love the Marais. I want to live there so very much.

  7. What a fantastic portrait! I love those mysterious blurs of light behind him and his outfit is awesome! You totally nailed this one in every way. Now I must be off to listen to his voice as I am most intrigued by this introduction...
