It looked like this guy had the whole lake to himself and with the exception of some birds and a deer I was enjoying the wooded shore to myself.

Connected Plastic Trash Cans

Last summer I saw about thirty trash cans stacked on top of each other against an old building in Philadelphia. It looked like someone cut out all of the bottoms to make a chute to get rid of trash and debris on the upper floors.

8 Arch Bridge

It was hard to get a clear view of this old bridge when I took this picture near the end of last winter. I bet it would be even harder now with all of the leaves.

Going up

I was about to photograph these stairs between two old brick buildings in Philadelphia when I heard someone say excuse me. So I stepped aside and let him walk into the picture.

Schofield Ford Covered Bridge

This bridge is just a couple of miles from my house. A few cars use it but it mostly sees horse and foot traffic. I like the sounds of horses going through. I also like standing in the middle and looking at reflections on the creek through the port holes. This probably won't be the last post about this bridge.

A Tale of Two Windows

When I took this shot I liked the old wooden frame, the broken glass in the top corner and the subtle reflection of the trees. I don't think I even noticed the window on the other side but I think it adds a lot to this picture.

A Bridge Out of the Past

This is an old train bridge in Langhorne Pennsylvania.
I was trying to make it look like an old photograph. I just wish I would have captured an old steam engine going by. I was several decades late though. :)
