Cornucopia of Prague Reflections

This is one of the windows at the Church of the Holy Saviour of Clementinum. This window is spilling over with views of the beautiful interior of the church as well as the reflections from outside. It might seem a little busy at first but if you look for a short while you should be able to distinguish what is inside and what is reflected. Some of the reflections include the Charles Bridge tower with clouds above, some of the bridges statues can be seen as well. The building to the right of the tower I think is part of the Church of St. Francis. I'm not sure if the beautifully detailed fence is inside or out but on the right you can see the reflection of the magnificent door with diamond shaped patterns. The longer you look the more you will see.
-Added note I took this picture from the outside of the church looking in, sort of. There was an open pair of large old doors(they can be seen in the reflection) and just passed those doors was this modern glass door/window with the reflection. That's why it seems like I was inside of the church. :)

  2. A heavenly photo James.

Say...there is still 45 minutes left for you to share a face on Face of the Week. :)

    No pressure. ;)

Ok...back to your photo, I really do like it and love the wrought iron peeking though in the shadow, reminds me a bit of black lace.

  3. Strange to know the picture was taken inside looking out and to have so many different things to view in the reflections. Such a great photo. I have been practicing with the digital camera. Just little things here and there. I think when it is spring I will have more inspiration.

  4. Hi James, thanks for your comments on Spacial Peepol. Regarding the rainbow, I didn't do it, Mother Nature did. A very odd weather situation to be sure, caught by the camera. :) Thanks again!

  5. Hi there, just me again.

James, we were out camping and it was an unstable weather system moving through...kind of between storms. Lots of photos taken...lots of lightening, lots of luck.

  29. It is a splendid artistic reflection.
Sky enhances a reflection still more.

A church bordered by an arc seems to be an oil painting.
