I love these. Shot in such an interesting way that accentuates the shapes and lines.
It is an important choice. The story of people may change thereby. Monochrome lets me create the story of the imagination world.
Wow these are great. The Monochrome makes them look just a tad bit eerie :) Which I love :) Have a great weekend :)
Almost makes me dizzy looking at the picture, I feel like I need to hold the stair rail!
James, beautiful images. Love the angles and composition. I really like the monochrome and the tone and texture it gives to both images.
Fabulous!HAPPY BIRTHDAY JAMES!
...climbing the Stairway to Heaven... ( the second photo reminds me of this old Led Zepplin song.) Both great in Monochrome...very nice compostion.
I like the pairing of the two shots.
The right side, more open...Two excellent shots, perfect to this theme!HugsLéia
Very nice lines and perspectives. A sobering and effective use of the light.
I'll take the second - love all the patterns even on the steps at the top.
Escher would love them.Lucy
These are fabulous. I think I like the first one best.
Stairways to heaven?..I choose the cloudy side!Great perspective and beautyful game of lines!
What an interesting and different post. You have great thoughts and ideas when doing your blog.
Absoluatly love this! Great perspective! I'm feeling inspired! Thanks!
PS: HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU!!!!Ü(Lucy told me... ^-^)
Great shots, love the monochrome. That second one gives me a bit of vertigo, so I'd probably stick with the first! Happy Birthday James, hope you have a great one. Kathy
Great perspectives with crisp and neat monos.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY JAMES!!!!!!!
who knew a staircase could make such a sweet photo - really nice! and the black and white is great for this too!
This post reminds me of the interesting graphics of artist Maurits Escher...God bless you!Cezar
Wow! I love nr 2!:-) Really wonderful shot!
Great mono James!
These are really, really great and perfect mono subjects!ps thank you, you're very kind! :)
Verry well captured. I could have theese on my wall :-)
Great shot for contrast! Ordinary things are usually overlooked!
The second photo is my favorite. The contrast of the uniform forms of the stairs contrast to the randomness of the clouds.
Love these monochrome shots. Great angles :-)
Happy Birthday! I think I'd take the first staircase. I do hope I can make it to the top!
Two interesting angles..I really like the clouds too.Happy Birthday James!(ha)I just peeked up at the comment above!!
Happy Birthday!I'd take the right side, ha-ha!I love all the angles, especially cool in monochrome.Sunny :)
Wow .... very nice! Perfect in monochrome!
Dizzying! Monochrome makes the viewer focus on the shapes and patterns more than the object. Nice.Three Rivers Daily Photo
Wonderful patterns and lines in these photos, and so good in monochrome. I would take the right, I think.
Great lines. I read somewhere being trained to keep right we tend to take the right...It helps at Disney World as the lines on the left are usually shorter. :)
interesting in monochrome--but I absolutely loved it in color in your other post. The sky was an amazing contrast to the staircase.
Wow - amazing photos!! Really love them!
Good eye - Cool take on monotone!
