I really love this photo, James. Is it in the same area as you shot the last week or two of the
Monochrome photos? The cabin looks like the same one. Loved the way the leaf in the photo...I think it is just excellent.

I think you captured fall very well, even without the colors. I love the lone crunchy leaf caught in the grass. The whole picture is composed so well.

I removed my first comment because it read differently than the way I intended.
A monochrome Autumn will set our imagnations to work. I love the detail of the little cabin.

I love this picture! There's much nostalgy and melancholy in it, with the last rays of summers and the first fallen leave..A beautyful symbol of the passing -by time..

Hello, James.
It is the cloud which several levels painted in some colors by a brush thinly.
I seem to be able to as if might see it's colors.
Always thank you.

Great "moody" shot. For those of us in the snow belt, we know this scene indicates that winter is coming.

Wow, I really like this photo! I love the colors of autumn but this somehow captures more than the colors, beautiful.

To capture colours without colours is not easy! You made it!

You've captured fall in a black and white photo beautifully. I can just feel the autumn crispness in the air. Good job!

More Valley Forge? James, I should join you shooting urban Philly and you should join me shooting Harlem and the Bronx. We'd have each other's back!
