Wonderful pictures James. I've never been to Rouen, but it looks as if this is a place for me. I love the church of course. It's magnificant. However I also find the funny building on the first picture very interesting. Are people actually living there? - Must be very tiny apartments-:)Best regardsAsta
Thanks for visiting my skywatch - yours brings back memories for me.Had a very delicious meal in Rouen, years ago.S

How LOVELY! Looking at these makes me want to dig out my own photos from my European visit in 1967 ;--)Hugs and blessings,
Are you sure these weren't taken in downtown Newtown? You could have fooled me.
Majestic skies. Great architecture. Excellent.
This looks like a great place to visit! I have to put it on my list. Thanks
fantastic image! Love that tall narrow building and the next photo is straight out of a fairy tale.
Very beautiful to see. (Have never been there.)To answer your question on my blog, yes, that is a turkey vulture in the header shot. It was pure luck as we were in the car, driving - not stopped. Am enjoying your blog and seeing places we have visited as well as those we have not. Interesting that you lived in Irving. We have friends in Waxahachie and another who used to live in Grand Prairie.
Wow, very nice skywatch friday entry, love the buildings also!!Well done
Hi James - You're right. It would be worth the train ride. Next time, I think, we'll head that direction.I love that narrow building in the first shot. Well, heck, I love everything in both shots!
Great shots. I specially like the perspective of the second photo.Enjoy your weekend!

James: What a neat sky and so wonderfully framed with the tower. France has such a neat old world look.
Love the house in the top shot; room to swing a cat?
That narrow building in the first photo is curious. But your second photo, wonderful!
