Something from Brussels

As I mentioned before we were in Brussel during a really bad storm so it was cold, wet and very windy. That made it really hard to get pictures sometimes rain drops even hit the lens. Even with all that, the details on the buildings are amazing. Here are a few samples.

*Two umberellas lost their lives in order to get these pictures.

  1. Nothing like seeing a place under its true weather... too bad for the umbrellas, hope they were given a decent umbrella funeral...

  4. Lion the symbol of greatness. I love those sculptures. They always represent the intricacy of human minds.

  5. Fantastic! So many magnificent, historic buildings packed into that area! I can just imagine myself walking around with my head constantly turning in every direction — I'd be liable to get run over.
